Oats, Peanut Butter and Banana smoothie

Serves 1
Oats 1/4 cup
Banana 1
Peanut butter 1/4 cup
Yoghurt 1/2 cup
Milk 1/2 cup
Honey 2 tbsp
Chocolate chips for garnish
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth. Serve chilled post cycling.
